About Us

Throughout my life, one thing has consistently brought peace to my soul: witnessing the unfolding of potential infused with purpose. Once I recognized this, I knew it was my calling to help others bring out the best in themselves. Over the past decade, I’ve devoted myself fully to this path by seeking out high-quality training, diversifying my education, and learning how to support the full spectrum of human experience: body, mind, and spirit.

Body – I am a Certified Rolfer, trained at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, and highly experienced in Structural Integration. This work allows me to address misalignments in the connective tissue, helping clients experience greater comfort, ease, and physical coherence. To deepen my range of touch, I’ve also studied CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute.

Mind – My approach to mindfulness blends ancient practices with modern neuroscience. I’ve studied through the American Institute of Health Care Professionals and will soon expand my work by attending Harvard Medical School’s course in Mind-Body Medicine. My goal is to help clients cultivate clarity, resilience, and emotional regulation through embodied awareness.

Spirit – As a Reiki Master in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing, I am honored to be only eighth in the lineage from Dr. Usui himself. This non-denominational energetic practice continues to energize my work, allowing me to offer clients grounded, high-quality Reiki sessions that support subtle transformation and spiritual wellness.

Like many, my life has been colored with a full array of experiences that have brought me everything from profound pain to incredible joy. This has honed my empathy and fueled my dedication to helping others heal, grow, and thrive. Every step toward wholeness is meaningful, and every session is a chance to support that journey.
